This art-led regeneration report explored possible future uses for a derelict area on Morecambe’s promenade for Lancaster City Council co-authored with Deco Publique.

The project included the delivery of a programme of community engagement. The final report proposed an incremental, “Lighter, Quicker, Cheaper” art-led development; creatively re-purposing the site, transforming a desolate under-utilised arena into a vibrant public space at the heart of the seafront.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project roles and responsibilities included: extensive desk research, case study research, facilitation of creative community consultation sessions, design of consultation materials, design and layout of the final report and visualisation of report concepts and recommendations.
